Colleton Software is proud to welcome

May 2007
Carteret County voted earlier this week to implement
Colleton Software's MICS system in a test
environment. Over the next 60 days the county will
use the software in a live real world case study.
Following final approval the county will install the
software in a county wide installation.

Colleton Software sponsored the the 2007 South
Carolina EMS Symposium annual golf tournament in
Myrtle Beach. The tournament was held Burning Ridge
Golf Course in Myrtle Beach.
March 2007
Colleton Software host user users symposium. On
March 17 and 18th Colleton Software hosted our
software clients for a round table discussion. The 2
day seminar allowed clients to have a direct input
into the development of our new version of MICS .
Clients were also given the opportunity to meet the
technical support staff and programming department.

Colleton Software has joined the Georgia Emergency
Medical Association as a platinum sponsor. We were
selected as the exclusive platinum software company
for Georgia.
December 2006
Colleton Software is proud to announce that we have
completed the first stage of the NHTSA certification
process by submitting our compliant software to
NHTSA for evaluation and approval. We are now in the
second and final stage of completing testing.
Currently we are assessed our software against NHTSA
mandates. We are working to have our Gold
Certification in the first quarter of 2007.

Chris Doyle was named the new Chief
Operating Officer for Colleton Software. Chris has
been with the organization for 7 years in a variety
of positions and brings a great knowledge of the
industry to the position. He will be based in our
North Carolina office and will direct operation for
the entire company.

Dave Pickren has been named the
National Director of Sales for Colleton Software.
Dave comes to Colleton with over 15 years of
technical sales experience. He recently worked with
Microsoft in project management and also worked for
Avaya. His knowledge of technical expertise,
Microsoft products and systems integrations will be
an asset to Colleton.

Colleton Software Associates has been
acquired by Tarheel Management Group Inc. located in
Linden, NC. We are now known as just Colleton
Software. The software and
services we provide will remain under the same
management but the new ownership will allow us to
increase out offerings and our client support. Our
new parent company brings resources to Colleton
Software that will allow us to grow into new markets
but more importantly improve our products and
services for our clients.
Colleton Software is also proud to
announce it has started work on the new national
data set “NHTSA Version 2.2.1”. This will replace
the Premis data reporting system in North Carolina
in 2007 and is slated to be adopted by South
Carolina in 2008. We plan to be NHTSA Gold Certified
in the first quarter of 2007.

Colleton Software has moved into their new office
complex located at 237 Oakland Drive in Walterboro,
SC. This new facility features is approximately 8000
square and encompasses the South Carolina billing
department, the corporate IT department, programming
and technical support. The facility will eventually
house over 60 employees when filled to capacity. We
invite all of our clients to come down and see us at
our new location.

office will consist of a full time billing staff as
